In our new role as the council’s recruitment partner we will be looking to build upon our existing packages to the benefit of the council’s individual service areas as well as the candidate.

June 2006 saw the launch of our generic induction pack for all temporary workers placed with Walsall Council. The induction covers all aspects of working for Walsall from health and safety to equal opportunities.

In the near future we will be focusing our attention on individual service areas and skills sets within the council. Having already developed be-spoke induction packages for Childrens Services and StreetPride (Grounds & Street Cleansing) we will be turning our attention to StreetPride (Waste Management), Adult Services (Passenger Drivers & Assistants) and Housing (Revenues and Benefits).
