The A Team

After 6 months hard work not one but two of our consultants, Mandy Blackford and Tracie Glover, have sailed through their Certificate in Recruitment Practice to pass with flying colours.

Developed and managed by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the Certificate is a nationally recognised qualification providing consultants with a comprehensive knowledge of the skills needed to manage all aspects of the recruitment process.

During their studies Mandy and Tracie learnt all about the recruitment industry, the legislation and procedures that the industry is required to comply with, sales and business development, interviewing, candidate care and marketing. The knowledge gained via their course as well as through their work was then tested thoroughly through coursework and a two hour written exam.

‘I found the course brought me right up to date with the legislation affecting the industry’. Tracie Glover

Teacher and Pupil

‘Having managed temporary workers before the course has supported my move into recruitment and sales’. Mandy Blackford

‘It is important to us as a company to train and develop our staff to ensure they have the opportunity to be the best that they can be whilst ensuring our clients and candidates are assured of a quality service delivered by qualified professionals. Tracie and Mandy have done really well in their training and are an asset to our team.’ Dianne Bull, Agency Manager
