Dianne Bull, Manager
Having worked in recruitment for over 8 years Dianne has experienced all aspects of recruitment from managing a temporary payroll to consultancy to management. A graduate with honours in Business Administration and a full member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation Dianne initially set up Starting Point Recruitment as a project within its now parent company Steps to Work (Walsall) Limited back in 1999.
Zara Bavcevich, Recruitment Consultant
Zara has experience of working to develop employment opportunities for graduates. The aim of the graduate placement scheme which she established and managed was to place 50 graduates within printing, media and graphical companies as a work experience exercise with the hope of them gaining full time employment. All of the graduates achieved full time employment within 3 months.
For the past 18 months Zara has been working within the industrial sector of temporary recruitment and has very specific knowledge of the automotive, printing and packaging environments. Experienced in managing high volume contracts Zara joined Starting Point Recruitment in June 2005.
Lucy Davies, Recruitment Consultant
With several years experience in customer service and administration Lucy joined Starting Point Recruitment in July 2001 where she was placed on various temporary assignments within Walsall Council to fit around her studies. Graduating with Honours Lucy secured a permanent position with the company as a full time administrator and has since gone on to complete her training to become one of the company’s recruitment consultants.
Lucy is experienced in recruiting across a number of areas from grounds operatives to office managers and is experienced in managing contracts ranging from one hundred pounds to contracts in excess of half a million.
Rebecca Evans, Recruitment Consultant
Rebecca joined Starting Point in May 2005. For the past 2 years Rebecca has been managing the temporary work force for a famous high street building society and as such is experienced in consistently achieving targets within a service level agreement.
During her time within recruitment Rebecca acted as an account co-ordinator, recruiting customer service advisors, managing payroll and providing a consistent presence on site to ensure the needs of her client and candidates were being met.
Dominic Flatley, Recruitment Consultant
Having worked within sales for 10 years Dominic has an extensive wealth of experience dealing in new business development and account management gained within blue chip organisations. Having joined Starting Point Recruitment as a consultant in December 2004 Dominic is using his knowledge of the private sector to expand our customer base.
Dominic is rapidly gaining experience of dealing with the public sector and various skill categories and has already established an impressive placement record.
Holly Kinsey, Administrator
With over 2 years experience in customer service and administration Holly joined Starting Point Recruitment in January 2004. Having worked as a temporary worker herself Holly is able to relate and communicate easily with both workers and customers alike. May 2004 saw Holly promoted from reception to administration to become responsible for the payroll, invoicing and credit control functions of the company as well as the consultants administration.
Jenny Onions, Administrator
Having worked for Starting Point for 4 years Jenny is responsible for the payroll, invoicing and credit control functions of the company as well as the consultants administration. Prior to working for us direct Jenny worked as a temporary administrator for a number of service areas within Walsall Council.
