Our temporary assignments provide candidates with variety, opportunity and the chance to learn and develop new skills. Many of our candidates have a wealth of experience that they are able to put to good use via our temporary assignments without the pressure of having to commit to a permanent job.
Clients needing cover for long term sickness, maternity leave, planned periods of absence or specific pieces of work find the use of our candidates on a temporary basis the ideal solution. Using our candidates in this way relieves unnecessary pressure on our client’s permanent staff whilst enabling them to keep their businesses/departments running smoothly.
Temporary to Permanent
Our temporary to permanent service provides our clients and candidates with the opportunity to ‘test the water’ before making any long term decisions.
Using this option candidates and clients have the chance to work together, via us, for an agreed period of time. At the end of this period of time our clients can either, offer our candidates a permanent contract direct with themselves, end the agreement, or extend the candidate on a temporary basis. Candidates can then choose to accept or decline our client’s offer of employment or request they remain with them on a temporary basis.
Permanent

When you are already working it can be difficult to find time to look for something new. We also support candidates in their search for permanent work, matching their skills and abilities to jobs on their behalf as well as targeting specific clients in search of their ideal opportunity.
We are able to manage the recruitment process on our client’s behalf from defining their need to interviewing. Our clients can choose the extent to which they are involved in the process and we tailor our service to meet their requirements. As well as attracting new candidates to our clients vacancies we also match their requirements against our existing bank of candidates.

We are in a position to provide candidates flexibility in their work. Candidates can use our services to supplement their income, try out new occupations, work around family and other commitments or compliment their education. We work to match their availability to our client’s requirements.
Clients request candidates from us on an ad hoc basis to cover sickness, annual leave, unexpected absence and increases in demand. Using our services enables them to carry their business on as normal safe in the knowledge that our candidates are not only experienced but have undergone stringent pre-employment checks.

Where clients need a pool of candidates to be available to undertake very distinct duties we work to develop be spoke induction and training programmes.
