Duties: To support the delivery of learning and development activity. To support the conduct of a rigorous learning needs analysis across the workforce in line with organisational need/ corporate priorities/CQC/HCPC/PCF/KSS requirements and expectations including drawing up and maintaining relevant training matrix.
Qualifications: To deliver/commission common and core and specialist learning programmes across the workforce/key partners. To work collaboratively with other Training Officers/Learning
Experience: To work collaboratively with other Training Officers/Learning and Development Consultants so that programmes are not being delivered in isolation and form part of a wider training strategy.
