Duties: To raise the achievement and aspirations of Looked After Children To promote and support positive participation in enrichment activities To be a key point of contact for students and develop a working relationship with agencies (eg Social Workers, Educational Psychologists, SEND team, Speech and Language team) to ensure progression
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 GCSE (A*-C) or equivalent, including English Language Level 3 qualification in a relevant area
Experience: Proven successful practice within an educational setting. Experience of working collaboratively to develop and deliver academic progress. Experience of working collaboratively to develop and deliver successful pastoral support to vulnerable young people.
Additional Information: knowledge of attainment and progress levels would be an advantage
