Forging Links

Our role as Walsall Councils recruitment partner is to fill all of their temporary requirements with the right person, at the right time, for the right pay and at the right price.

Company Logos

With our new contract spanning such a diverse range of occupational areas we have been working hard to forge links with a number of fellow employment businesses. It has been through partnership working with these businesses that we have been able to make the one stop shop for Walsall such a success.

When we receive a vacancy from Walsall Council we forward these details to those suppliers who have identified they may have appropriate candidates within the required occupational areas. Once we have received candidates CV’s from those suppliers we shortlist those candidates along with any we may have identified. We then forward the best over to the recruiting manager for their consideration.

Each vacancy we manage has set pay and charge rates and all CVs are submitted in a standard format. We have chosen to do this in the interest of best practice, to provide assurance that candidates are assessed on their skills and abilities and to simplify the recruitment process for our suppliers and Walsall Council.

Each of our suppliers undergo a thorough application process and once appointed are under constant evaluation and review. Our suppliers work to the highest standard and have a proven track record within the industry. Suppliers have been chosen based on their previous experience and candidate base.

If you are interested in becoming a supplier or would like to recommend an employment business to become a supplier please contact Dianne Bull on 01922 422480.
